Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Options

  • For orders over R350, standard deliveries are FREE to main centres throughout South Africa
  • For orders under R350, standard deliveries have a flat rate shipping fee of R70 to main centres throughout South Africa
  • For all orders in outlying areas throughout South Africa, standard deliveries have a flat rate shipping fee of R100
  • During checkout, the buyer indicates where in South Africa the delivery must take place. Based on the delivery address and postal code, Spoilz will indicate which shipping fee is applicable (only Standard Deliveries Available)
  • Your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process. If nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed for the goods. Your refund will be issued through the same method of payment within 10 business days of the item being returned to our warehouse. Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed, given that the courier attempted delivery.

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery takes place during office hours and there is no option to select the exact date, or time, for the delivery.
  • There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.

Delivery Services

  • Orders placed between a Monday and Thursday will be delivered between 2 to 3 working days (48 – 72 hours)
  • Orders placed between a Friday and Sunday (including Public Holidays) will be delivered between 3 to 4 working days (72 – 96 hours)
  • During peak seasons this may vary slightly. We will do everything in our power to ensure delivery times advised are met. However, occasionally transit times will be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that the delivery service will determine if the consignment has full tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking will not apply to all orders, it depends on the size/value/weight and delivery destination of an order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification, if tracking is applicable this will be included.
